Is it correct to say that dissolving a packet of juice powder in water makes a new substance, fruit punch, so it must not be a physical change?

    A few signs of a chemical change are; heat is produced, colour change, bubbles, and that the substance has gone through an irreversible change (like when you cook meat) so in long, no it is not a physical change
