En química se conoce como solución química, a la mezcla homogénea de dos o más sustancias. También se le suele llamar como disolución. Estas dos cosas son conocidas como soluto, que es la sustancia que se disuelve en la mezcla y la que posee la menor proporción; Y el solvente, que es la sustancia que se encarga de disolver el soluto. Según las propiedades químicas y la temperatura que presentan el solvente, que es lo que determina cómo se disolverá un determinado soluto, puede encontrar varios tipos de soluciones químicas.

Soluciones electrolíticas Refiere las soluciones que llegan a transportar energía eléctrica. Se le suele llamar como soluciones iónicas, ya que en esta se lleva un cabo una conformación muy alta de iones. Ejemplo: ácidos, Bases de ventas y.
Soluciones no electrolíticas Refiere las soluciones que no puede transportar energía. En este sentido, no se ha realizado una conformación de iones. Ejemplo: el azúcar y el alcohol.
