En química se conoce como solución química, a la mezcla homogénea de dos o más sustancias. También se le suele llamar como disolución. Estas dos cosas son conocidas como soluto, que es la sustancia que se disuelve en la mezcla y la que posee la menor proporción; Y el solvente, que es la sustancia que se encarga de disolver el soluto. Según las propiedades químicas y la temperatura que presentan el solvente, que es lo que determina cómo se disolverá un determinado soluto, puede encontrar varios tipos de soluciones químicas.
