A liquid that occupies a volume of 0.820 L has a mass of 2.56 kg. What is the density of this liquid in kg/L?

    Density is equal to mass over volume.

    D = m/v

    m = 2.56 kg

    V = 0.820 L

    D = 2.56 / 0.820

    D = 3.12195 kg/L which is the density of the liquid.
