B. only part of the electromagnetic spectrum that can be seen by humans.

C. lowest energy on the electromagnetic spectrum.

If I had to chose on of these as were I would chooses A because A could be the only right answer, we can see other light levels and it has more energy than some if not all energy sources. I am still no convinced it is the highest energy level though.
