    I think the intermolecular forces would be,

    Kr - London dispersion forces, It is intermolecular forces present in molecules and atoms. Kr is a noble gas in which atoms are joined by dispersion forces.

    NCl3 - Has both dispersion forces and dipole-dipole forces. Dipole-dipole is a type of intermolecular forces present in polar molecules.

    SiH4 - It is a non polar molecule therefore it has london dispersion force as the intermolecular force.

    HF - It is a polar molecule and has dipole-dipole force. Hydrogen bond also exists between F and H
