If the value of the current increases by a factor of 2, what will happen to the resistance

    Increasing the current in a system by a factor of two will decrease the resistance by factor of two.

    We know, R = V/I

    R = V / 2 (I)

    R = 1/2 x V/I

    Hence the resistance decreases by a factor of 2.
