Suppose a 20 gram cube of aluminum were cut into four equal parts. How would the density of one part be related to the density of the whole cube?

    It will remain the same, since the formula for density is D=m/v

    since mass is directly proportional with volume (due to its dimensions) if you cut a piece of aluminium in four the mass will get smaller as well as the size, therefor the volume.
