Uranium-235 decays to what stable daughter isotope by losing 7 alpha particles?

    For a radioactive decay, it should be that the mass number and the atomic number of the reactant and the product side are equal in value. Alpha particles are He-2 particles, therefore, the daughter isotope would be platinum-221
