Gas can be produced from the various fuels by partial combustion in the air. Natural gases are produced from the sedimentary rock formations and shale.
Explanation:
In a conventional way, the gases naturally flow up through wells to the surfaces. In the U. S. and some other countries, natural gas is producing from sedimentary rock formation and shale by forcing chemicals, sand and water under high pressure to the well under. Natural gas is also found in methane clathrates and hydrocarbon reservoirs. Another resource is petroleum. Decomposition of organic matter also leads to the formation of gases. Hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen etc. are examples of gases.
