In which state can matter be compressed into a smaller container?

    Explanation:

    Gaseous state is the most compressible state of matter which can be compressed into smaller container.

    There is very large space between the particles of Gases becuase of weak force of attraction. Hence they can be squashed into small volume by applying pressure (Compression)
