Which of the following bond is considered to be ionic, and explain why: C-O, Ca-CL, S-N and Si-O

    Ca-Cl is an ionic bond. Ionic bonds are formed between metals and non-metals. In this case, calcium is a metal and chlorine is not, therefore it is ionic.
