In order for a plant to grow, a continual input of energy is required as light from the sun. Without sunlight, a plant would die, as the reaction cannot continue to proceed on its own. D.     logs burning in a campfire is a nonspontaneous process, because it need oxygen in order to continue with the fire, if we cover the logs and eliminate the oxygen in the surrondings the fire will be extinguished, here the oxygen acts as sunlight for the plants
