    Explanation:

    The presence of the isolated molecules of gas in the thermosphere which includes the ionosphere is further broken into smaller ions particles by sun electrons that strip the oxygen and the nitrogen molecules and these ionized gases make up the ionosphere that about 80 o 400 km.
