    - To manufacture a bicycle we need:

    2 wheels x bicycle

    1 frame

    1 handlebar

    - Divide the number of wheels

    4250 / 2 = 2125 bicycles / wheels

    2755 = frames

    2255 = handlebars

    As the number of pairs of wheels is lower than the number of frames and the number of handlebars we conclude that we can only manufacture 2125 bicycles.
