    P = K T

    P/T = K

    P₁/T₁ = P₂/T₂

    Initial temperature = 300 K

    Final temperature = 1200 K

    Final pressure = ?

    Solution:

    Formula:

    P₁/T₁ = P₂/T₂

    P₂ = P₁*T₂/T₁

    P₂ = 2.0 atm * 1200 K / 300 K

    P₂ = 2400 atm / 300

    P₂ = 8 atm
