They separate at a PH of less than pH 4

Explanation:

Aniline a weak base with pkb value of 9.4 and pka of aniline which tells its behaviour at specific PH is given by 14-9.4 = 4.6 at 25°C as such it becomes protonated at a PH less than 4 separating the two liquids
