Carbon + oxygen = I am very confused I don't know how to do this

    Answer:Carbon and Oxygen both make a bond called a polar covalent bond. This type of bond is where two electrons are unequally divided between these two atoms. This happens because one atom spends more time with the electrons the the other atom does.
