Loss of water due high activity and/or heat
Explanation:
When your body sweats due to high temperatures, humidity and high activity your body is being cooled down but your body, cells and blood cells are losing water and becoming deprived liquids needed in the body.

Sweating is your body releasing water to cool it's self down. When doing an activity the water in ur body warms up. And is then released to stop from overheating
