Did u mean "can FeCO3 dissolve in water?"
If that's the question so no, it can't dissolve in water.
For your information, most carbonate salts are insoluble in water, except for group 1 and ammonium carbonate (NH4) 2CO3
So FeCO3 is insoluble in water (◍•ᴗ•◍)

FeCO3 (Iron (II) carbonate) is Insoluble in water
Explanation:
The bonds between the carbonate anion and the calcium ion are stronger than the polar hydrogen molecules in water (H2O). This also applies to most carbonates (Co3) in general, as carbonate is a double-charged negative ion that bonds strongly with metal ions (in this case the Fe).
