In the intermolecular forces we have:
The London forces: all molecules have them, they are proportional to the molecule's weight. The dipole-dipole: this are the result of the interaction between two opposite poles of two polar molecules. This forces are stronger than the London ones. The hydrogen bonds: This forces are the stongest of the intermolecular forces and happen with the interation between the hydrogen of a moelcule and a very electronegative atom of another molecule. This atoms can be F, O or N.
