    1 dm = 10 cm

    1 dm³ = 10³ cm³

    150. ml = 150. cm³

    150. cm³ * 1 dm³ / (1000 cm³) = 0.150 dm³

    or

    1 ml = 1 cm³ * 1m³ / (10²) ³ cm³=1 / (10⁶) m³ * (10 dm) ³/1m³ = 10⁻³ dm³

    150. cm³ * 10⁻³ dm³ / 1 cm³ = 0.150 dm³

    0.150 dm³ * 28.0 g/dm³ = 4.20 g
