    Because when the temperature in increased, it will increase the kinetic energy of the molecules and would not cause the vapor pressure above the liquid to decrease. And when temperature increases, this will cause more particles to escape from the surface of the liquid.

    Water could be made to boil at 105C° instead of 100C° by - B) increasing the external pressure

    As decreasing the external pressure and taking the sample to a higher altitude wont affect the boiling rates of water.
