Connie was making sodium chloride by adding an acid to an alkali. She followed the progress of the reaction with a pH sensor. At which pH would she know that the acid and alkali had completely reacted to give a salt solution?

    When an acid and a base (or alkali) react together, they combine to form a salt and water (and water has a ph of seven)
