Weight: force that gravity puts on a mass.

On Earth, gravity is 9.80 m/s^2compared to 1.62 m/s^2 on the moon.

Weight=mass * gravity

Moon : (example)

10 kg * 1.62 m/s^2 = 16.2 N (Newton is the unit for weight)

Earth:

10*9.80 = 98 N
