Magnesium reacts with hydrochloric acid as shown by the equation:

Mg (s) + 2HCl (aq)  MgCl2 (aq) + H2 (g).

a) What volume of hydrochloric acid of concentration 2 moles/dm3 reacts exactly with 0.1 mole of magnesium?

b) What mass of hydrogen is produced when 0.1 mole of magnesium reacts with excess acid?

c) What volume of hydrogen, at RTP, would be formed if 0.24 g of magnesium reacted with excess acid?
