Noble gases are found as monatomic molecules is a TRUE statement.
Explanation:
Noble gases are monoatomic elements. That is they exist as a single atom in nature.
Noble gases are the only elements which are stable at room temperature and pressure.
Except helium which has 2 valence electrons all other elements have 8 valence electrons (electrons in the outer shell) This is the reason why the noble gases are non reactive that is they are inert in nature.
It is difficult to oxidize or reduce noble gases and hence they form very few compounds.
