    Co + 3 H₂ → H₂O + CH₄

    Step 1 : Use the mole ratio to calculate the moles of CH4

    The mole ratio of Co: CH4 is 1:1 therefore the moles of CH4

    = 5.15 moles

    step 2 : use the mass of CH4

    mass = moles x molar mass

    molar mass of CH4 = 12 + (1 x 4) = 16 g/mol

    mass is therefore = 5.15 moles x 16 g/mol = 82.4 grams
