    Explanation:

    Gene Mutation - the genetic make of any organism keeps on changing with the. The DNA (the Gene) keeps on adding and deleting. the Genes that were more active in our ancestors may be less active now in us. and we may have some gene that are more expressing in our generation, this happens over a large period of time. but this do happens. the entire CAT family have a major DNA with little variation for CAT, LION, Tiger, Leopard etc.

    Thus we can say that a single population of organism can result in multiple different populations after many generations-Through the concept of Gene Mutation
