The volume of water can be measured by different scale from a micro level to macro. The micro level water can be calculated by micro liter, where as the high quantity of liquid is expressed by gallon. To determine the volume of the water, which is small in grade one should use the milliliter (mL) unit. 1 mL is equivalent to 0.001 liter. The unit in which we are expressing the volume of any liquid should be simple and hand-able data. The volume of the water containing in a cup may be of 50-100 mL. Thus for this much volume using of macro or any other major unit will make the data complicated.
