Should disel and gasoline engines complaint with CO2 emissions standards be banned? Can this statement be answered by science?

    Yes. Emissions at the getgo are not that harmful. However, when they build up, they can become lethal. This can be declaired by science in the sense that scientists have done research and done it with monkeys who have relatable body parts with humans.
