    Aluminum has the largest size and hence will have lowest ionization energy.

    Explanation:

    the ionization energy is the energy required to remove the most loosely bound electron from an isolated gaseous atom of an element.

    Larger the size lower the ionization energy

    an element with half or full filled electron stability then it will have a very high ionization energy

    If an element can achieve a full filled or half filled stability then it will have a low high ionization energy.

    The ionization energy decreases on moving down the group and increases on moving from left to right in a period.

    The size order of boron, aluminum, carbon and silicon is

    Carbon
    thus aluminum has the largest size and hence will have lowest ionization energy.
