    1.5 mol/L

    a) Convert millilitres to litres

    500.0 mL x (1 L/1000 mL) = 0.5000 L

    b) Calculate the molar concentration

    Molarity = moles/litres = 0.75 mol/0.5000 L = 1.5 mol/L
