    The kinetic energy of gas molecules are dependent upon the temperature of the gas. Higher the temperature, higher the kinetic energy. Higher the kinetic energy higher the velocity. The gas molecules of cylinder B has very small velocity. So their kinetic energy is very small. Therefore the temperature of the gas must be very low. As the velocity is almost zero, it may be possible that the temperature of gas is close to absolute zero which is the smallest temperature possible.
