Volume is halved

Volume is quadrupled

    For ideal gases we have PV = const, when nand T are constant.

    P1V1=P2V2

    If P2 = 2P1

    P1V1=2P1V2

    V2 = (P1V1) / (2P1)

    V2 = V1/2

    Answer A. Volume is halved.
