    Form: Chemical Potential Energy

    Type: Non-renewable energy

    Explanation:

Since there are no given options I am going to say fossil fuels are chemical Potential Energy because energy is stored in them until we extract them.

Fossil fuels are also considered non-renewable energy since eventually we will run out of them.

If you have either chemical Potential Energy or non-renewable energy as options either should be correct.
