What type of reaction is FeSO4 + Al = Al2 (SO4) 3 + Fe and Why?

    FeSO₄ + Al - - > Al₂ (SO₄) ₃ + Fe

    It's a single replacement, because the SO₄ is transferring from the Iron to the Aluminum.
