    You need to use a reactivity table. All the metals that are more active than Nickel will displace it.

    Some metals more active than Nickel are: Cobalt, Iron, Chromium, Zinc, Manganese, Aluminium, Magnesium, Sodium, Calcium, Barium, Potassium and LIthium, among others.

    Some metals that are less active than Nickel, and consequently will not displace it, are: Tin, Lead, Copper, Silver, Mercury, Platinum and Gold, among others.
