What do asbestos, radon, volatile organic compounds, carbon monoxide, and lead all have in common?

    All of these are dangerous to the human body without some form of protection. Likely, they are all poisonous if ingested, or they can do damage over time (I’m only uncertain about "volatile organic compounds" because that’s really loose in description).
