The 3 mL water of the can means that the volume of the can is 3 mL. And under the STP condition, the ideal gas has a rule of 22.4 L/mol. T1/V1=T2/V2. 3 mL water vapor under 0C is 2.20 mL. It is 9.8 * 10^-5 mol.
