    For the Lewis structure, we find the total valence electrons:

    N = 5

    C = 4

    Cl = 7

    = 16

    Next, since Carbon is least electronegative, we will put it in the middle of the structure.

    Nitrogen will share 3 of its electrons with Carbon, resulting in a total of 6 electrons shared between Carbon and Nitrogen (triple bond)

    Total electrons shared between C and Cl will be 2
