The molar mass CO2 is 44.01 g/mol. How many moles of LiOH are needed to react completely with 25.5 g of CO2?

    I'm using an equation with CO₂ and LiOH in it as an example. Use this setup and replace with the values in your equation.

    LiOH + CO₂ = LiCO₃ + H₂O

    25.5g CO₂ x1 mole CO₂ x 1 mole LiOH = 0.58 mole LiOH

    44.01g CO₂ 1 mole CO₂

    ^ you get these coefficients from the equation
