Cells in many-celled organisms A all have the same structure. B are often quite different from one another. C all look the same. D are the same size in every part of the organism.

    Think, do you think a lung cell looks and does the same as an eye cell? No, they do not.

    All look the same because if you look under a microscope it's all the same colors shapes and sizes
