Determine whether a homogeneous solution forms when each pair of substances is mixed.

    A homogeneous solution is formed when polar substance will dissolve in a polar substance and a nonpolar substance would dissolve in a nonpolar substance.

    For example,

    NF3 - polar, SO2 - polar

    as they both are polar, so the will from a homogeneous solution.
