How many phases of matter are present in whipped cream?

    I think it has three phases, that is solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase.

    Whipped cream is a colloid. It consists of a gas in a liquid, so it is a foam. The solution is a colloidal suspension with solid particles in a liquid.
