What is the mass of a 4.00cm3 piece sodium chloride having a density of 2.16g/cm3

    Density = Mass/Volume

    So ...

    (2.16) = m / (4.00)

    divide both sides by 4.00

    (2.16/4.00) = m

    m = 0.54
