How many moles of lif are contained in 258.6 ml of 0.0296 m lif solution?

    Molarity can be calculated using the following rule:

    molarity = number of moles of solute / liters of solution

    Therefore,

    number of moles = molarity * liters of solution

    number of moles of LiF = 0.0296 * (258.6/1000) = 7.65456 * 10^-3 moles
