How to clear cache in Internet Explorer Version 11

Clear the browser history and accept everything

Click on the Tools > Safety > Delete Browsing History > Select Temporary Internet Files and Cookies, and anything else you want to delete.

Or, if you want to use a third-party application, I find that CCleaner is a very good option.
