Either proxy server setting or routing problem set to be corrected for the problems accessing a particular website inside the office.

These proxy settings can be done in the firewall and enable the particular website to access in the office environment.

Some times internet connection setting to be corrected inparticular browser and do the necessary test by using trace command in command mode administrator login environment.

Some time domain server and DNS settings also can be corrected and testing the office environment.

Mainly the firewall setting has to enable particulr websites to be enabled.
