Pooled Interdependence.

Explanation:

This kind of relationship occurs when 2 or more departments do not work together in any way, and they perform completely different tasks, but each one of these tasks is vital in it's on way to a bigger purpose for a larger organization. Should a failure occur in one department, this could affect the next department's work.

A good example of this could be a call center, where an employee must work on its own to provide good service, reach goals and metrics. His work doesn't depend on his co-workers, but at the end of the day, his work and the work of every other employee will be summarized and will contribute to reaching the goal for the company.
