    Because pressure is on the downstream side of a prv, oil will naturally seep into the spring chamber.

    Explanation:

    PRV is known as the pressure relief valve that is used in the hydraulic lift systems. When the limited system pressure is reached during the lift then this valve responds excess flow to the tank from the system. The oil in this prv will automatically gets down into the spring chamber as the pressure is always directed downstream side of prv.
